The monetary unit is the NAF, Antillian Guilder, the exchange course of which is linked to the American Dollar.
Several cash dispensers are available, for instance at the airport and in Kralendijk.
In most of the shops and restaurants credit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
Banks are open on Monday through Friday from 08.30 am to noon and from 13.30 to 15.30 or 16.00 pm. (some banks are closed during lunchhours)
